Statement to Muslim Scholars on Pepsi and Coke

CAN WE DRINK PEPSI AND COKE? :

Bismillahi Rahmani Raheem
It was narrated from Amir bin Sa’d, from his father, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah Be upon him) said: “I forbid to you small amounts of whatever intoxicates in large amounts” (Hasan) Sunan An-Nasa’i 5611

COKE AND PEPSI CONTAINS SMALL AMOUNT OF ALCOHOL :
No wonder so many people like it! Coke and Pepsi contain ALCOHOL, reveals French research!

We Naqshbandis do not drink Pepsi and Coke or similar products. Our Shaykh has forbidden that and our spirituality has disliked it. I have noticed many groups in their Zikr Majilis and/or religious events run by the neo-salafs, Sufis, even those who claim to be Qutub, Arif Billah, Muhaqqiq etc drinking and serving coke and Pepsi!
There is a long point on what should go into ones body and what should one be nourished with.

PEPSI AND COKE CAN KICK YOU OUT OF ISLAM :

CAN DRINKING PEPSI AND COKE LEAD TO DISBELIEF (KUFR)?
It was narrated that Ibn Umar said: “Whoever drinks Khmar and does not get intoxicated, his salah will not be accepted so long as any trace of it remains in his belly or his veins and if he dies he will dies kafir. If he becomes intoxicated his salah will not be accepted for 40 nights, and if he dies during them, he will die a kafir”.
~Sunan An-Nasa’i 5671

All is drinks that intoxicates is called as Khmar
All intoxicatants are forbidden regardless of its quantity.

It is Said that people will drink Khmar and call it in different names. (Same Chapter)

It is commanded by the Messenger of Allah Nabi Muhammad alaihiswalathu wa Salam, to avoid doubtful things. (Same Chapter, reported from Imam Hassan Ibn Ali (Radiyallahu Anhu) also see Imam Nawawi 40 Hadith

Th enemies of Islam and God produces corrupt drinks and food to take away ones religion and spirituality.

I am not asking to follow my opinion on this issue with Pepsi and Coke. People can claim Pepsi and Coke are not Khmar and traces or alcohol is OK. But then, people adds intoxicatants into fruit juices and call it cocktail 🍸 so we must see coke similar to cocktail and understand the danger of consuming alcohol traces.
The Hadiths (first Sahih Mawquf, second Daif in chain 5672) still holds a valid point when it is seen the full context of the chapter.
Therefore, the issue with coke and Pepsi, I am leaving it to scholars who don’t drink it, and those scholars and Qutubs who enjoy Coke and Pepsi at the end of their Circles and gatherings I suggest them to make Tawbah and stop claiming to be Awliya and Qutub Al Aalam, Imam ,Salafi or Shaykh Al Islam!

So can Muslims buy and sell coke!?
It is narrated in many Hadiths that selling buying, consuming, recording and carrying of all intoxicants are forbidden!
So many dawah groups sell /serve this drinks to raise money. So it is time to think they are really following the guidance or just making a business to show off their prestige and group by doing dawah and gatherings!!!
Or Should we adopt Wahabi logic and say: Brother, Quran and Hadith do not prohibit drinking Pepsi and Coke!. Then they ask for proof from Quran and Hadith where it says drinking “Pepsi and Coke” is forbidden!?
We have such salafi high school boys who argue on such matters!, Quran and Sunnah is  enough but there is validity for conscience and analogy (Qiyas) . But some people who have some form of sickness in their heart, they use conscience and analogy where it suits them! Anyway, I am not a scholar, I brought up a genuine case to the attention of scholars , and they say they have knowledge and understanding, so then why this Pepsi and Coke are even served in the Mosques?
You remember Halal when go to meat shop and you don’t care about it much further than the meat and Burger!
